THE ROLE
lastminute.com, one of the largest and innovative travel and lifestyle organisations in Europe is looking for a talented and driven Group CRM Manager focused on Acquisition and lifecycle program. The CRM Manager will be part of the growing Global CRM team and work closely with brand, PPC, UX, SEO, Marketing Trading, and other teams to develop and execute CRM acquisition and re-engagement strategies and campaigns for all markets and brands. The focus will be on increasing the customers’ database with quality prospects data, re-engagement/reacquisition of existing customers, utilising a combination of internal and external tools and partners.
