This is from the Quintessential careers site by Katharine Howard PhD. The site is written for the USA job market, but very useful. There are sections dealing with the importance keeping your skills current , especially IT skills which are especially useful for the older employee. Encouragement to Network, network, network !!! and...to consider starting your own business..Guess what ?
