Staying in circulation with no spare money

Money is tight for everyone at this time of the year, but of course without a job it is very difficult to stay in circulation at any time. I have written before on the subject of how important is to try to maintain interests and activities,  keep up with friends and inded make new contacts as much as possible, it is important for our health and  even helps  to make us seem appealing and attractive to employers..enthusiasm and interest is very attractive and helpful for networking and making contacts that might even lead to a job...

55.) Donate stuff to charity...clear out your wardrobes and cupboards and go to the charity shop...you might also find that they are looking for volunteers.....
